Loreta Pytka, APRN
Loreta Pytka is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.
Loreta holds a Master’s degree of Nursing from Saint Francis College and a Bachelor’s degree of Nursing from Saint Xavier University. She holds her certification from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Nurse Practitioner Association.
Loreta provides a comprehensive care plan for her patients, keeping both the body and mind at ease, rejuvenated and well.
Loreta uses her vast experiences in primary care, pain management, mental health, urgent care and weight loss to create the best care plan and results that have been adopted and shared among the Texas health care community.
Kazzie Brown, MS
Kazzie is a health and wellness advocate with a passion for improving the overall health and quality of life of others. As a nutritionist, she has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve wellness through the right balance of physical fitness and proper nutrition. Her approach empowers clients to elevate their quality of life and enjoy meaningful moments with family and friends.
Kazzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Health Promotion from Mississippi State University. Additionally, she earned her Master’s in Functional Nutrition from Parker University. She is also credentialed in Clinical Health and Wellness Coaching and personal training.
In her downtime, Kazzie enjoys walking her pups, exercising, spending time with friends, and watching sports. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you optimize your health!
Jana, Medical Assistant
Hi, I’m Jana! I’m a certified clinical medical assistant and currently in nursing school pursuing to earn my RN license next fall! Being a type one diabetic, I believe that a healthy lifestyle is created by being consistent with small changes in one’s daily living which can significantly improve one’s overall health. At Vital Wellness, we believe in an integrative approach to medicine—one that focuses on long-term lifestyle changes rather than just relying on medication. This aligns with my own values, as I’m passionate about helping others build healthier habits that last. Outside of work and school, I enjoy going to the gym, discovering new coffee shops, and traveling. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!
Veronica, Medical Assistant
Hi, I’m Veronica — a medical assistant with a deep passion for health and wellness. I love learning about different approaches to health from cultures around the world, and I’m always exploring new ways to support healing, balance, and personal growth. I’m especially interested in how discipline and character building can lead to lasting lifestyle changes. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, learning languages, and connecting with people from all walks of life. Every new experience helps me grow — and I bring that curiosity and care into everything I do here at the clinic.
Carolina, Medical Assistant
Hi I’m Carolina! A Medical Assistant with a strong background in cardiology, exercise science, and direct patient care, and I’m passionate about providing holistic, comprehensive care that supports the whole person. My degree in Kinesiology first sparked my curiosity about the human body and continues to fuel my interest in functional medicine as well my dedication to helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. At Vital Wellness, I love creating a welcoming environment where patients feel truly heard, cared for, and empowered to take charge of their health. I believe that long term wellness comes from a blend of preventive care, education, and lifestyle support — rather than treating symptoms. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring new cooking recipes, and learning more about modern, integrative approaches to health. I’m excited to support you on your wellness journey!
