BPC-157 stands for Body Protection Compound 157. It is a synthetic peptide made from a sequence of 15 amino acids associated with a protective protein found in gastric fluid. BPC-157 has gained attention online among athletes, bodybuilders, and people searching for faster recovery from injuries. It is often promoted as a “healing peptide” that may support muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and the digestive system.

BPC-157 Benefits
1. Muscle, Tendon and Ligament Recovery

While these findings are interesting, animal results do not guarantee that the same benefits will occur safely in humans.
2. Joint and Pain Support
